Mini MOTs
What is it?
A mini MOT is an assessment of your basic health and lasts about 15 minutes. It includes measurements of your resting heart rate and blood pressure, your height and weight, your body fat percentage, hydration levels and body mass index.

How much does it cost?
It is a free service.
When is it?
Mini MOTs are available throughout the week.
Where is it?
You will need to report to the gym at the first floor of the Brittan Building for your appointment.
