One-to-one nutritional advice

What is it?

You will receive a session of up to one hour to dicuss your dietary and nutrition goals with a qualified member of staff. You will receive advice and guidance on acheiving these goals and may be asked to complete a food diary.

Please note our staff are not qualified dieticians or nutritionists, but are qualified to advise on basic nutrition and diet.

If you are under the supervision of a dietician or nutritionist for a particular health issue, please refer to them or you GP before making changes to your diet.

Where is it?

When you come for our appointment, please report to the lifestyle suite at the rear of the gym on the first floor of the Brittan Building. Please note, if you are not a gym member, you will need to ask at the ground floor reception to be let through the access control.
