Relaxation
What is it?
This one hour session is for groups or individuals. It will teach you various ways to relax. You will learn to relieve bodily tension.
We will show you how different ways of breathing can alter your feelings of stress or anxiety. And we will discuss how to make more time for relaxation in your daily life.
