Working towards exams can create feelings of worry and being under pressure. We are here to help with information and advice on ways you can cope with exam stress.

The Learning Hub has two webpages with information on how to prepare for and cope with your exams; Succeed@Exams and Exams and how to survive them

Teesside University students can access 24/7 mental health support (for free) via the ‘My Healthy Advantage' app. The support available includes advice by telephone, video call or live chat, podcasts, and articles, such as coping with exam pressure

Student Life are also offering two drop-in sessions before the vacation where you can come and ask any questions. They are taking place on Tuesday 6 December (12-2) and Thursday 15 December (10-12). No need to book, just drop-in, SLB 1.15, floor 1 Student Life Building.
