Course overview

Gain insight into the core aspects of business planning, considering innovative learning experiences that focus on business planning as a process and the creativity needed to develop a unique proposition and meet customers’ needs. You are challenged to consider examples of enterprising organisations of varying sizes, and engage in interactive workshops and discussions.

Starts Thursday 23 January, Thursdays for eight weeks, 6.00pm - 9.00pm.

How you are assessed

Students need to develop a 1,500 word proposal for a new business idea. Students will need to demonstrate they have researched the market and develop a plan that clearly utilises a range of theories and concepts to support the document.
