Course overview

This course is an introduction to CGI for people with little or no previous experience. You will be introduced to the 3D animation pipeline which includes modelling, texturing, lighting and animation.

Starts Wednesday 22 January, Wednesdays for eight weeks, 6.00pm - 9.00pm.

- Polygon, curve and surface creation and manipulation 3D tools
- Introduction to UV's
- Shaders & textures
- Types of lights and 3 point lighting
- Asset Pipelines for Animation and Visual Effects
- Key frame animation and the graph editor
- Animation Principles
