Course overview

This masterclass facilitates the development of registered practitioners who are able to contribute to the effective clinical management and supportive care requirements of clients with long-term health conditions.

Masterclass content includes:

  • the context of long-term health conditions, including neurological, CHD, COPD, cancer, depression and anxiety
  • innovative evidence-based, problem-solving approaches in the management of long-term health care conditions
  • medicines optimisation to enable the best possible outcomes
  • emotional wellbeing and psychological aspects of affects and effects

Applications for this masterclass are now closed. Applications for the 2021/22 academic year will be available in June.

HEENE-funded: to access a HEE funded place you must be a non-medical employee and your organisation and CWD lead must approve your application for workforce needs before the start of the masterclass.

Self-funded: to access this on a self-funding basis you must pay the fee before the start of the masterclass using the online shop.
