Work with our students

Teesside University Business School offers two dedicated enterprise clinics ready to provide solutions to your business challenges.

Tackling and resolving problems can be a real issue for any organisation and dedicating time and resource can place a significant strain on the other aspects of your business. Help is at hand with the Enterprise Clinics.

The Enterprise Clinic is offered as a free of charge consultancy service; the aim of which is to relieve some of the burden of 'wicked problems' and provide you with a solution. We have expertise in many subject areas and we welcome projects related to organisational behaviour and development, leadership and management, strategic approaches, marketing, sales and commercialization.

How does it work?

Projects vary in size and nature and last twelve weeks. You will agree a consultancy brief with the Clinic Lead, which is presented to the students who will then spend time with you to better understand the challenges you are facing.

Our students work in small teams to identify solutions to your specific challenges. Upon completion of the project they present their findings and recommendations.

Your involvement throughout the process will vary although it is necessary that you have some contact with students and you must be available to attend for the initial and final meeting (approx. 2 hours each).
