The Girls' Network

As part of our commitment to promoting gender equality, Teesside University is working with a national charity, The Girls' Network, to support young girls across the Tees Valley.

The Girls' Network

Founded on a mission to inspire girls from the least advantaged communities, The Girls' Network will work with the University to support young girls aged 14-19 from across the Tees Valley. Connecting young girls with female mentors and a network of professional female role models the programme will inspire and empower and help them realise their ambitions.

Female staff from the University have already joined a growing number of professional women from across the Tees Valley in signing up to the scheme. If you're good at problem solving, committed and reliable, and want to help others, you can complete an application and sign up for a training event on Wednesday 7 October.
