Management Catalyst

This fully-funded* programme has been developed specifically to support middle managers and aspiring managers of small businesses and social enterprises.

As the owner or manager of a small business, you need a much broader skill set than those working in large organisations. You need to be able to take on a range of responsibilities to enable the wider team to carry out their work more effectively.

This also allows you to operate more strategically and drive the company forward. Having excellent managers gives you the confidence that you're your teams are working effectively, meaning you can plan for the future.

The programme will encourage and support the development of:

  • Self-awareness
  • Commercial awareness
  • Smarter thinking
  • Leadership and management skills

Fundamental to the programme will be the peer-to-peer learning that comes from working with other like minded people. You will also develop your confidence, your ability to reflect and learn from experience and your effectiveness in dealing with difficult situations.

The programme runs from January 2020 to April 2020.
