Why Teesside University?

I was inspired by two of my uncles who went to university, and I’m from Middlesbrough so Teesside University was the obvious choice for me.

What made you choose computer and digital forensics?

I originally chose computer science but it wasn’t really for me. I had a few personal difficulties too so I decided to take a gap year and have a good think about what I wanted to do. I then decided to apply to computer and digital forensics the next year – it was the best decision I’ve made, I’m really enjoying it.

Have you got involved in the Students’ Union?

I joined the Taekwondo society – I love it. I was also in the Video Games Society but it’s now disbanded, however it’s something I’d like to reinstate if I can.

What advice would you give to new students?
