Morphosis Coaching Academy is dedicated to developing reflective, ethical, and professionally competent coaches.

Its programmes are aligned with the professional standards, core competencies, and ethical framework of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global body for professional coaching, ensuring graduates are prepared to practise at an internationally recognised level.

In partnership with Teesside University, the Academy delivers MSc Professional Coaching and Entrepreneurship, a programme that integrates academic study, supervised coaching practice, and reflective development. The programme is designed to develop advanced coaching capability alongside the entrepreneurial skills required to establish and sustain a professional coaching practice. Graduates meet the coaching education requirements for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials.
