Founded in Milan in 1954, Scuola Politecnica di Design (SPD) is the first school in Italy dedicated to design disciplines.

It is an international centre of excellence for education in automotive, industrial and visual design. SPD’s strength lies in a design methodology that combines the great tradition of ‘Made in Italy’ with constant cutting-edge experimentation.
