Common Purpose Frontrunner is a four day residential programme aimed at young people who are already showing leadership qualities.
It is an opportunity for students and staff from Teesside to show their potential and build on existing skills.
Participants can go on visits to different sectors and learn leadership techniques required to be effective campaigners, both in the workplace and in society.
Common Purpose Frontrunner is open to people aged over 18 who may be, either still in full-time education or, are in the very early stages of their career.
Recruiting for the programme has already begun and applications will be accepted up until 31 May.
