Kay Foster co-authored a presentation to the JISC Regional Support Centre E-Learning 2009 Conference at York.

Robin Bunton is scheduled to give four presentations as an invited speaker as follows:

  • ESRC Genomics Policy and Research Forum, Glasgow, 17 June – Visions of Genetic Health
  • International conference funded by Canadian Health Department, Vancouver, 22 – 26 July – Permissible Pleasures in recent Alcohol and Drug Policy in the UK
  • Swiss / German Universities, Bern, October 2009 – Socio-cultural Transformations and Health
  • Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Society for Genomics, Policy and Population Health, London, November 2009 – The Future of Genetics and Health Promotion.

Jonathan Roberts has published a book - Youth Work Matters, with Learning Matters.

Stewart Martin has had two articles accepted for peer reviewed journals:

  • Teachers using Learning Styles: caught between research and accountability? in Teaching and Teacher Education, (in press)
  • With Vallance, Martin, Wiz and van Schaik, Designing effective spaces, tasks and metrics for communication in second life within the context of programming LEGO NXT Mindstorms tm Robots, in International Journal of Virtual and Personal Learning Environments.

Anna van Wersch, with Forshaw and Cartwright, has a forthcoming book with Open University Press, (October 2009), Complementary Medicine and Health Psychology.
