Library refurbishment begins Saturday 27 May

As part of our £6m investment to further upgrade and enhance our facilities and provision, work will take place during summer 2017 on floors 2 and 3 of the Library.

To minimise disruption and provide access to books throughout the summer, work will start at the end of the second semester from 27 May 2017. Books will be moved from floors 2 and 3 to a pop-up library in the Brittan building where they will be available to access and loan from 12 June 2017. Between these dates, a book retrieval service will be in operation.

To keep you updated on the revised location of books there will be communication boards on the ground floor of the Library and full details can be found in the online guide at http://tees.libguides.com/libraryrefurb.

Alternative space will be made available for silent study and the Library will remain open throughout the summer with access to the ground floor, floor 1 and floor 4 (postgraduate space).
