A commitment to providing the best possible student experience

18 October 2021

Your Voice Matters is a joint initiative from the University and Students' Union to improve the student experience and provide more opportunities for students to give feedback.

It is centred around a new Student Charter which sets out what students can expect from the University and the Students’ Union. There will be a series of focus groups to give students the opportunity to develop the Student Charter further before a final version is agreed. We sat down with Professor Mark Simpson, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching), and Rebecca Gilling from the Students' Union to find out more about Your Voice Matters and what it means for students.
