As a first stop, why not have a look at our Exam Fit webpage. It gives more information on what to expect in an exam situation plus hints and tips on looking yourself and being prepared.

Student and Library Services have also created a helpful guide as part of the mental wellbeing support services available to you.

Take a look at our “exams and how to survive them” guide.

Please also check out our YouTube video on what to expect in the exam room itself.

Teesside University students can also access free 24/7 mental health support via the Student Assistance Programme. The support available includes advice by telephone, video call or live chat, podcasts, and articles, such as Coping With Exam Pressure

If you need somewhere quiet to work or revise, the Library is open 24/7 over the Winter Vacation for all Teesside University students.
