About | Virtual Crafting for Wellbeing Group



Join our Crafting for Wellbeing group on Microsoft Teams every Monday at 12pm.

Crafting contributes to all of the 5 ways to Wellbeing:

  • Connect - Meet new people or meet up with friends & colleagues

  • Be Active - Keeps your mind active and helps to develop fine motor skills, such as hand eye coordination, which can improve dexterity, as well as being an important skill when taking part in physical activity

  • Take notice - Mindfulness, staying in the moment and focused on an activity can help reduce anxiety

  • Learn - Learn something new

  • Give - Sharing your time and your skills with others


All of these things can help boost our mood and help us feel good.

All students and staff, novice to experienced crafters all welcome. We'd love to see you there.
