Future Facing Learning

Employability Skills and Industry Engagement Embedded in Your Course.

As a Teesside University London student, you gain employability skills that give you a competitive edge.

20% of each module on every course has an assessed component on developing employability skills called Future Facing Learning. This comprises industry-focused, practical assessments across four Future Facing Learning employability themes - reflective practitioner, relationship builder, solution finder and global communicator. You will:

  • Research professional industries that align with your career interests.
  • Develop a range of digital and presentation skills employers are looking for.
  • Build CV writing skills, interview techniques and professional networks.
  • Meet and gain insight from industry professionals.

All of the above can be used as relevant experience for future job applications - setting you up for Graduate Success from the moment you start your course.
