About this award

You may be able to benefit from a 20% discount towards your campus-based postgraduate taught degree (part-time or full-time) tuition fee if you have successfully completed an undergraduate degree course with first-class honours from any other university in the last 10 academic years.

Eligibility

If you have successfully completed an undergraduate degree course with first-class honours from any other university in the last 10 academic years between 2015-16 and 2024-25 you are eligible for this discount; supporting evidence is required.

How to apply

This offer applies to students enrolling on a postgraduate course from September 2025 entry and the discount will automatically be applied to your fee if you meet the qualifying criteria.

* Please note, unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other fee reduction scheme or discount offer. The University reserves the right to amend the amount of any reduction and/or the qualifying criteria at any time.

Online courses and courses with non-standard fees are not eligible for the academic excellence award.
