Timetables for the 2023/24 academic year will be available from Monday 11 September 2023
Once available, your timetable can be viewed by accessing the calendar within the student portal, MyTU. You are expected to check MyTU regularly as class times and rooms may change week by week.
You can access MyTU via the web, or by installing the MyTU app.

What are the term dates?
When will the timetable be published?
The 2023/24 academic year will be available from Monday 11 September 2023.
How will I view my Timetable?
Once your timetable is published you can view your personal timetable on MyTU.
I can't see anything on my timetable?
Please ensure that you complete the following checks:
- Have you completed enrolment / re-enrolment for this academic year? If not, please log on to E-Vision to do so.
- Can you see your modules for this year on Blackboard? If not, please contact the TU London front desk team, or email London-enquiries@tees.ac.uk, to update your student record with your modules.
Once both actions are completed, if you still cannot see your timetable, please contact the timetable team on: timetabling@tees.ac.uk.
