A Teesside University London student gained valuable insight into their future career path by volunteering for an industry conference.
Sanjana Gunti, who is studying MSc Data Science, volunteered at the Prompt Engineering Conference 2025, held in Canary Wharf.
The event, which is dedicated to sharing knowledge about AI tools, brought together AI professionals to enable them to benefit from expert talks and connections for future collaborations.
The conference was also useful for computing students embarking on academic research and to support their career development.
The one-day event attracted 250 attendees, who heard from more than 30 speakers on a range of AI-related themes and topics.
Sanjana reflected on her time volunteering at the event by saying: “It was a great experience for someone like me, who’s just starting a career in the technology and AI industry.
“This conference not only expanded my knowledge, but also helped me connect with incredible minds who share the same passion for innovation and learning"
The Prompt Engineering event team were appreciative of the support provided by Sanjana as a volunteer, commenting on her happy and positive demeanour and calm energy.
