About this scholarship
You may be eligible for £3,000 or £6,000 if you study with us and are from a low-income household.
You may be eligible for a scholarship of up to £6,000 if you're a full-time home undergraduate student studying a computer games or animation course at Teesside University London.
Students studying computer science undergraduate degrees could be eligible for a £3,000 scholarship.
The scholarship can support travel costs, digital equipment, software or connectivity, childcare costs, books, specialist equipment or essential course materials.
Eligibility
You must:
- be a full-time, first-year, undergraduate home students studying a computer games course to receive a scholarship of £6,000. You must be studying one of these courses:
- BA (Hons) Games Art and Design
- BSc (Hons) Games Design and Development
- be a full-time, first-year, undergraduate home student studying a computer science course to receive a scholarship of £3,000. You must be studying one of these courses:
- BSc (Hons) Computer Science and Informatics
- BSc (Hons) Information and Cyber Security
- be a UK resident
- have an annual household income of £30,000 or less.

You are awarded this scholarship automatically if you're an enrolled student who meets the eligibility criteria.
Awards are made at the discretion of the Scholarships Panel, who may consider your financial background, prior academic performance, as well as other information provided through your application and at any subsequent interview.
