Exploring Psychology

 

Course overview

Psychology is the scientific study of human behaviour. Explore the ways that psychologists study how people think, remember, develop and behave. Learn how psychologists apply their knowledge to understand, predict and sometimes control, human behaviour.

You learn through a combination of live sessions, online discussions, narrated lecture presentations, and allocated tasks.

Winter university

This course is delivered online. Please check the entry requirements tab before making your application to ensure you meet the entry criteria and have all the minimum equipment necessary to take part.

You can study up to 30 credits at Winter University and you can select up to three modules on the same application form. If you would like to add a module later, or change one of your choices, then please email winter.university@tees.ac.uk.

Due to the content and delivery of this course, you should be 16 at the time of enrolment. If you are under 18 at the time of enrolment you must provide a completed parental consent form. You submit a workbook of completed weekly tasks and a short video presentation.

 
 

Entry requirements

Entry requirements

As this is an online course you need access to a computer and be comfortable learning through an online platform. A strong and stable internet connection is required, and a webcam and microphone to participate in any interactive elements of the course.

International applicants must have an IELTS overall score of 5.5 or higher.
