Urgent help and support for mental health

If you need urgent support or help contact the emergency services on 999.

From 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, you can come to the Student Centre (Europa) information desk to ask for urgent support from a Mental Health Adviser who will assess your needs and offer appropriate support and/or referral.

We also have bookable drop in appointments with a Mental Health Adviser or Mental Health Practitioner. These run daily, Monday to Friday.
