Urgent help and support for mental health

If you need urgent support or help contact the emergency services on 999.

From 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm on Friday, you can come to Student Life reception to ask for urgent support from a Mental Health Adviser who will assess your needs and offer appropriate support and/or referral.

We also have bookable drop in appointments with a Mental Health Adviser or Mental Health Practitioner. These run daily, Monday to Friday.
