Graduate Success Package

Our package of support has been commended for using strategic and tailored approaches that are highly effective in supporting students to succeed in, and progress beyond their studies. The Student Futures team is here to give you the tools and skills you need to take that next step into employment after graduation.

Talent Pool

Finalists and graduates who would like to access employment support can join the Student Futures Talent Pool.  Once signed up you will receive advice and guidance from the Graduate Support Team.  This will include one to one support and resources that will develop your CV, Job search skills and interview skills. If you would like to find out more about the Talent Pool please email graduateemployment@tees.ac.uk.

Graduate job opportunities

We have hundreds of employers who are looking to recruit Teesside Graduates. You can view and apply for vacancies on the Student Futures Portal. If you need guidance on applying for vacancies you can also access skills development pathways on the portal or connect to the Graduate Support Team by emailing graduateemployment@tees.ac.uk.

Develop the skills you need to succeed in your career through guided workflows, feedback and support. Access the skills development pathways by logging onto the Student Futures Portal.

Graduates First

Many employers use psychometric tests and assessment centres as part of the selection process.  To make aure you’re ready for this part of the process visit the Graduates First Assessment Portal where you can access hundreds of practice tests.

Graduate internships

Our internship programme connects graduates with employers, giving them an opportunity to showcase and use the knowledge and experience they have gained at University. These internships are offered with a range of organisations and are part of the ongoing support that is available to our graduates.
