We're here to help you learn how to use digital technologies, solve problems and give you practical advice on the latest products and software. We offer self-service resources and assisted service support in person, by telephone, email, chat, social media and through our dedicated portal.
Services offered include:
- a central loans service for equipment such as iPads
- a mobile device clinic for 'bring your own device' support
- self-service kiosks with access to digital resources, support pages and knowledge base
- self-help video tutorials, FAQs and social media content
- bookable support sessions for planned or ad-hoc training and technology advice.
Based in the Student Life building, our Digital Futures zone features:
- a digital lounge and guru bar to talk tech, share ideas and access a drop-in training service
- a consultation area to access expert help and support
- a product display and demonstration area to showcase the very latest digital technologies.
