Cashless payments
Use your Teesside University smart card to pay at our TUC cafes
5 steps to cashless payments
- Register for cashless at mytusc.tees.ac.uk, then select Cashless Registration. If you are already registered for MyPrint you will s- need to register for cashless.
- If you register before 6.00pm your account will be active within 15 minutes, if you register after 6.00pm your account will be active from 8.00am the following working day.
- Top up your cashless credit using a valid debit or credit card (minimum £1, maximum £250) online at payonline.tees.ac.uk/cashless . You need to have your user ID (printed on the front of your TUSC) and your date of birth handy.
- Find out your balance by either scanning your card at any of the catering outlets on our campuses, or at mytusc.tees.ac.uk. Your card balance is also helpfully printed at the bottom of your receipt when you make a cashless purchase.
- Lost or stolen cards can be cancelled at mytusc.tees.ac.uk. You can also order a new card here and your credit balance will automatically be transferred to the new card.
