Tuition fees for our online learning courses vary - please check the course page for the correct fee.
You can apply at any time and you don't pay anything until after you have been accepted onto a course.
You are required to pay in full for the modules you are studying.
Modules will be released via the TU Online Learning portal in accordance with the start date of each module set out in your course structure.
Payment for each module is required before access to course materials can be granted.
Please note that the release of study materials may take up to three working days after payment is made to allow for processing.
Pay online - all payments must be made in sterling (£) by debit card, credit card or PayPal using the online shop.
The modules required for your programme of study are listed in your TU Online Induction pack which you can access through the induction area of the portal.
Payment of your course fee is structured on a module-by-module basis to help you spread the cost of your learning.
If you are an undergraduate and funded by a student loan then please send your payment schedule to prove funding to tuonlinepayments@tees.ac.uk. Without proof of funding, we will be unable to release module materials.
If you are a postgraduate funded by a student loan, you will need to send proof of your loan to tuonlinepayments@tees.ac.uk in order for your funding to be released to you. However, that will not release the module content - as you receive the loan payments (rather than them coming to the University), you are expected to pay yourself for each module using the online shop.
If you are a sponsored student please send proof of sponsorship to both tuonlinepayments@tees.ac.uk and studentlife@tees.ac.uk.
