Calling all students
22 - 27 January

You're invited to Teesside Calling - a week long celebration on campus to mark the start of the new year for new and continuing students. With entertainment and refreshments, it's a great chance to meet new people and soak up all uni life has to offer.

The Welcome Event

Thursday 25 January 10.00am - 3.00pm Student Life

A great opportunity for you to meet new people or catch up with friends.
Join us for entertainment and a pizza twist while you find out about services available to you at the University.

Teesside University Students' Union (TUSU) can be found opposite The Curve and next to Teesside University Library in the Campus Heart.

Don't forget to book your limited edition TUSU Refresh goodie bag which includes snacks, drinks, toiletries and more.

*Bags can only be collected between 10 am and 4 pm on Mon, 22nd or Thu, 25th Jan from the 1st floor of the TUSU Building.

Team CCI (Culture, Community and International) would like to invite you to come and find out about our activities and services, all aimed at supporting your health and wellbeing, and helping you feel part of our university community. Come and see us about our lifestyle service, Mindful Movement and mindfulness classes, social and games events, Family Friendly Study Support, and the many health promotion campaigns we run. You can also register with a local doctor and find out about local health services, screenings and support.

In Conversation with Savannah Marshall
(The Hub, Students' Union )

Join Teesside University for our second 'In Conversation' series, featuring renowned speakers from the world of sport, business and culture who share an exclusive insight into their remarkable careers. It provides an opportunity for you to hear directly about what inspired them and how they achieved such incredible success in their chosen field.
Speakers for 2023/24 already include Marek Reichman, Aston Martin's Chief Creative Officer, professional boxer and WBO middleweight World Champion, Savannah Marshall, acclaimed film director, writer and producer Franc Roddam, and former Ferrari F1 Race Engineer and now CEO & Founder of Smedley Group, Rob Smedley.
Our audience will have the opportunity to engage directly with our special guest speakers and ask questions during what will surely be a memorable evening out.
Tickets will be on a first come, first served basis.
