This one-day course provides an introduction to Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for business intelligence using Power BI. Participants will learn the fundamentals of DAX language, how to create calculated columns and measures, and analyse data effectively for business insights.

Entry requirements

You do not need a degree to take part in this course, but relevant experience is essential. Basic/intermediate skills and understanding using Excel formulas and basic understanding on databases would be useful.

Please note Teesside University also run an introductory 1 day course to data analytics using Power Bi which is a precursor to this one.
