About this bursary

You may be eligible for £200 cash payment to help with the costs of starting university.

The payment is designed to support students during their first semester and can be used towards travel, course essentials or everyday living costs.

Eligible students will receive their payment in November 2026.

Eligibility

To apply for one of these bursarys you must:

• be a new undergraduate student enrolling in Semester 1 of the 2026/27 academic year
• successfully enrol on one of the following courses:
  BSc (Hons) Nursing Studies (Adult)
  BSc (Hones) Nursing Studies (Mental Health)
  BSc (Hons) Nursing Studies (Learning Disabilities)

You are not eligible if you are:

• Studying BSc (Hons) Nursing Studies (Child)
• enrolled on a Nursing apprenticeship

How to apply

You do not need to apply for this bursary. If you are eligible, you will automatically receive a one-off payment of £200 in November 2026 once you have successfully enrolled.
