Why did you choose to study at Teesside University?

Teesside has a good reputation and I wanted to experience the independence of living away from home but be close enough to visit frequently and easily.

How did your time at University help prepare you for your career?

I studied LLB Law and graduated in 2006. My course provided me with knowledge of legal industry and the qualifications I needed to become a lawyer.

Would you recommend Teesside University?

Absolutely! The region is friendly and the cost of living is much lower than some other universities which meant less financial stress and the ability to socialise more.

What did you enjoy most about studying at Teesside University?

I found the lecturers extremely helpful and engaging. There is plenty going on around campus and lots of social events. I loved being part of the Freestyle Dance Club and I also represented the University at Varsity.
