Fashion Studio: Pattern, Construction and 3D Visualisation*

You will be introduced to the concept of sustainable denim design through patternmaking, garment construction, and 3D digital visualisation.

 

Credits: 10, Level: 4

 

Course overview

During the course you will design and produce a jeans skirt or trouser, developing skills in drafting, fitting, sewing, and CLO 3D simulation. Emphasis is placed on responsible material use, waste reduction, and digital prototyping as tools for more sustainable fashion practices.

Summer university

Start date: Starts Monday 6 July, Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 weeks, 6-9pm
