Course overview
Throughout the module, students will explore key communication theories, develop core interpersonal skills, and learn the professional behaviours that support safe, compassionate practice. You’ll examine the many factors that shape how we communicate and discover strategies that help build trust, reduce barriers, and enhance the experience of those receiving care.
With a strong focus on person centred practice and therapeutic relationships, this module equips learners with the confidence and techniques to deliver high quality communication that makes a real difference in healthcare settings.
