Green Library Week 21 - 28 October 2026

Green Libraries Week will run from 21 to 28 October 2026.

The theme this year to celebrate Green Library Week is 'Climate Facts for a greener future: Navigating mis - and disinformation in libraries'. We'll be hosting a series of events and displays around this theme and the vital importance of critical thinking.

We have lots of events taking place throughout Green Library Week, including inspirational talks and research from academics, professional services colleagues, and Environmental Science students, along with craft activities and partnership stalls.

Come along to the Library Exhibition Space (ground floor) and find out how you can get involvd in creating a more sustainable future.

Take a look at our Green Library LibGuide for further information and the programme of events taking place.
