Katy is studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Online). As an NHS professional, Katy wanted to build on existing experience, and gain the knowledge and leadership skills needed to progress within the family health service. Returning to study as a mature learner, the flexibility of online learning has allowed Katy to balance professional, academic and family commitments while developing as a confident and strategic leader.
The MBA has strengthened my leadership and change management skills, helping me grow in confidence and progress into a more senior role within the NHS.

I have always been passionate about business – I studied it at foundation and degree-level and have now returned as a mature learner to study it at postgraduate. I’m enjoying learning more deeply about leadership.
