We’re excited to announce an upcoming event in June 2025 (exact date to be confirmed) where we’ll be introducing our brand-new Teacher Degree Apprenticeships, launching in January 2026.
This is an opportunity for your school to explore this innovative pathway for individuals to get into the teaching profession – one that allows aspiring educators to earn while they learn, gain real classroom experience and graduate with both Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a bachelor’s degree.
The Teacher Degree Apprenticeship is ideal for college leavers, teaching assistants and career changers who are passionate about making a difference in education. Two routes will be available:
• BA (Hons) Primary Education (Special Educational Needs) with QTS
• BA (Hons) Secondary Education with Physics
Why should your school get involved?
• Grow your own teachers, developing talent from within.
• Reduce recruitment costs, particularly in hard-to-fill roles.
• Enhance workforce diversity and strengthen school culture.
• Access government funding through the apprenticeship levy or co-investment.
If you'd like to be the first to hear more, please get in touch.
