The One Fifteen at MIMA: How do we form creative collaborations with nature?

Please note there is a maximum of 32 places for this talk.

The One Fifteen is a series of informal talks, in which researchers from Teesside University talk about their current work and take questions from the audience.

All are welcome, no prior subject knowledge is needed.

Professor Sarah Perks and Dr Paul Stewart, also known as Forms of Circulation, discuss their practice-based research for film series The Teesside Trilogy. The series explores connections between nature, labour and culture, made through collaborations with diverse communities which include school pupils, scientists and seals.

Professor Perks and Dr Stewart work with curatorial and artistic methodologies, centred on creative workshops and film-making.

Their work is currently shown as part of MIMA's exhibition Desire Lines.

Please come prepared to be inspired and to ask questions.
