Professor Green and Carrie Singleton also gave papers at 4S the Society for Social Studies of Science Conference, 2-4 November 2006 in Vancouver at the Empire Landmark Hotel.

Partners from Canada, Australia, Netherlands and the UK listened to Professor Green present a paper about health technologies and midlife women. She also chaired an Authors’ Seminar for contributors to ‘Gender on the Line’ a collection of papers from the project being edited by herself, Professor Ellen Balka from Simon Fraser and Professor Flis Henwood from Brighton University in the UK.
