Help to Grow: Management supports senior leaders in small and medium-sized businesses to boost business performance, productivity, resilience and long-term growth.
Delivered by Teesside University International Business School with support from entrepreneurs and industry experts, the 12-week programme is 90% government-funded, while you pay a single fee of £750.
The course covers strategies for growth and innovation, engaging with customers, building a sustainable and agile business, operations, and financial strategies. On completion, you develop a bespoke business growth plan to help your business reach its full potential.
