Eligibilitiy
Your business must:
- be small or medium-sized, based in the UK
- employ between five and 249 people
- be operational for at least one year
- not be registered a charity.
The applicant must:
- be a senior decision maker
- have at least one direct report
- commit to completing all sessions.
If your business employs between 10 and 249 employees, you can send up to two people on the course. If your business employs between five to nine employees, you can send one person on the course.
