UK Data Protection Law; (the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) gives individuals various rights, including a right to access a copy of their personal information. If you wish to request a copy of the data Teesside University holds about you, or to enact any of your Data Subject rights please complete the below form.

Please provide details of the nature and scope of your request. For example, what persona data do you want to be erased, what processing do you object to or what information do you want to be corrected. If you are requesting access to a copy of your personal data, please describe the personal in as much detail as possible including, where relevant, unique reference numbers and dates to which your request applies. Where possible, please provide the detail of specific individuals and/or School or Departments who you believe have processed your personal data. This will enable us to identify and release your information more promptly.
