More part-time study advice and enrolment events at the University

25 January 2002

A huge range of short courses offered by the University of Teesside can be studied part-time, mainly in the evenings or one afternoon a week - and many start next month.

The courses last from a few days to one evening a week spread over 15 weeks and cover everything from Internet Law and Security, Food Hygiene, Football in Society and an Introduction to Radio Production to postgraduate short courses in Managing People and History of Middlesbrough.

A series of special Advice, Guidance and Enrolment events are being held for anyone interested. These take place in the University’s Student Centre, next to the Clarendon Building - the easiest entrance to find is behind the Dickens Inn, Southfield Road, Middlesbrough. The next are on Saturday 19 January (10am-3pm); Wednesday 23 January (12noon-7.30pm); Saturday 26 January (10am-3pm) and Wednesday 30 January (12pm-7pm).

Details and a brochure are available from the University’s Centre for Lifelong Learning on 01642 384277 or by e-mailing lifelong@tees.ac.uk
