Designs of the future on display

15 May 2003 @TeessideUni

Where can you find a mobile oxygen supply? A spin drier for public places? Or an interactive neighbourhood watch and care system for the elderly?

Innovative designs for these and many other projects will be displayed at the University of Teesside’s annual Design Degree Show. This free show is open from 10am - 4pm from Tuesday 3 June – Friday 6 June at Centre North East, formerly Corporation House, Albert Road, Middlesbrough (opposite Middlesbrough Town Hall).

The show will exhibit final-year students’ work from the following University of Teesside BA (Honours) degrees: Design Marketing, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture & Design.

Su Reid, Director of the School of Arts & Media at the University of Teesside, said: “Everyone should come and enjoy some fascinating new designs, ideas and pictures, in a stunning location.”
