Clearing the way to a new future

07 August 2007

Helplines at the University of Teesside are expected to be busy next week with students confirming their place following the publication of A level results on Thursday 16 August.

Known as ‘Confirmation and Clearing’ and lasting until mid-September, the University will help match potential students to courses which still have vacancies.

This process has also become increasingly popular with people who have made a late application to university.

As well as finding out about courses, people can also find out information on our range of generous bursaries and scholarships and student services such as accommodation, sport and recreation, counselling and health.

New courses at the University of Teesside this year include:

  • BA (Hons) Business Management (Finance)
  • BA (Hons) Business with Accounting
  • BA (Hons) Business with Human Resource Management
  • BA (Hons) Business with Marketing
  • BSc (Hons) Medico-Legal Death Investigation
  • BSc (Hons) Psychology and Education Studies
  • BSc (Hons) Youth Studies and Youth Work
  • BA (Hons) Multimedia Journalism Professional Practice

More information about these new courses
