A lively public lecture on higher education

Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Cliff Allan gave a lively lecture on the policy that has shaped higher education.

Professor Allan looked at a number of key higher education policy issues which he has been involved in and the processes and influences behind them.

Drawing on his experiences working for both the Higher Education Funding Council for England an in universities, he gave a humorous and thought provoking talk.
