A sporting past versus present

This year will be our 80th anniversary past v present sports tournament.

It seemed a good time to see how we might improve the event for future years.

So thank you to all our graduates and students who completed the survey. We’re currently working our way through each and every one of your suggestions, so watch this space as we make plans for this year’s tournament.

Prize draw winner Congratulations to our prize draw winner, Astrid Coulthurst, who was thrilled to receive a bottle of Teesside University of the Year champagne. Astrid is currently in her second year studying BSc (Hons) Psychology and is part of the women’s rugby club.

The past v present sports tournament is a great event for graduates to rejoin old team mates and play against the current Teesside University teams. And, if you’re less interested in taking part, you can catch up socially back on campus.

The tournament is organised by the University’s sport and well-being team with support from the Alumni Association, Vice-Chancellor’s Executive and Teesside University Students’ Union.
