Go East for a Media Lecture

Want a behind-the-scenes view on life in Albert Square? Then go to the University of Teesside’s Constantine Building, Main Lecture Theatre, on Wednesday 3 May from 1.00-2.00pm, where freelance television Director Philip Draycott will give a lecture entitled 'Directing 'EastEnders''. Philip directed six episodes of the flagship soap last year, introducing popular character Mel, played by Tamzin Outhwaite. The lecture is part of a programme 'Media Industries and Culture' organised by the Media Academic Section in the University’s School of Law, Arts & Humanities. All lectures are free and on Wednesdays from 1.00-2.00pm in the Main Lecture Theatre. The remaining programme is:
